It’s what my family wants.

For a long time, it was what I thought I wanted, too.

Then I met Brandon, a ruggedly handsome guy with inked up sleeves, who turns my dreams into flames of heat.

What kind of person am I—an engaged woman constantly fantasizing and lusting over her best friend?

I’m torn between doing the right thing, and following my heart.

If I make one wrong choice, I risk losing it all.

Meet Terri E. Laine:

Terri E. Laine, USA Today bestselling author, left a lucrative career as a CPA to pursue her love for writing. Outside of her roles as a wife and mother of three, she’s always been a dreamer and as such became an avid reader at a young age.

In her early years, she and her best friend would tell each other stories over the phone when they were bored. They called them their “soap operas” and generally revolved around whatever boy they liked at the time.

Many years later, she got a crazy idea to write a novel and set out to try to publish it. With over a dozen titles published under various pen names, the rest is history. Her journey has been a blessing, and a dream realized. She looks forward to many more memories to come.

Mariah’s Review

5 Stars

One Wrong Choice is one right read.  I loved this book.  It is the story of Brandon and Jenna and Kenneth.  Jenna has the perfect fiancé on paper and she’s about to marry him, except she really likes Brandon, the tattooed mechanic.  He’s the only one that truly gets her.

This book has everything that makes it a five star read for me.  It’s full of angst.  It’s funny.  The characters are great, and I cried a little.  The book sucked me in immediately.  I really enjoyed the interaction between the characters.  Jenna is so conflicted about what she needs to do.

I really liked how the authors sequenced this story.  It keeps the reader on the edge of their seat, as well as makes you ask questions about how all of the story will play out.  I loved the flawed characters.  Brandon has got to be the ultimate book boyfriend at the moment.  He is strong, responsible, and smoking hot.

There is plenty of steam in this book.  You will have to work for it though, because it doesn’t happen right away.  The build up and slow burn are worth it all.  This is just a all around great read.
