Mariah’s Review

4 Stars

I truly, truly enjoyed Incubus by Celia Aaron.  This story is a paranormal romance. Lilah has been cast out of Olympus and will do whatever she can to get back in. Roth is an incubus who is set on having her at first sight.

I liked many things about this book. I liked the mystery both Roth and Lilah carry and how it evolved in the story.   Their stories weren’t straight forward, yet rather a twisty path.   I also like how the story bounces between the past and present. It really draws you in as a reader and helps to make the characters more well developed.
There is a lot of build up and adventure in this story. Lilah fights her feelings for Roth as best as she can.  It’s not instant gratification for the reader, but something that has to be worked for.  The supporting cast of characters helps to make the story more well rounded.  Incubus has everything you would like in a paranormal romance involving the gods of Mount Olympus and I know you will enjoy this one.
